End the day at Ben Thanh Market for some shopping. DAY 4: SAIGON TO MEKONG DELTATravel to Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta today. Explore the river by boat, passing stilt houses and fish farms. Paddle through palm-lined canals on sampans and walk through villages, where you can sample local tea. Travel to Can Tho where you stay overnight. DAY 5: MEKONG DELTA TO SAIGONFurther explore the Mekong River this morning and soak up the atmosphere at Cai Rang Floating Markets before returning to Saigon. DAY 6: SAIGON - TAY NINH & CU CHITravel to Tay Ninh to experience the midday service at the head temple of the unique Cao Dai religion. This afternoon you will explore the amazing network of the Cu Chi Tunnels led by a War Veteran who lived in the tunnels for years. DAY 7: SAIGON TO DALATToday you will drive north to Dalat, stopping en route for lunch at Bao Loc where you will also visit a tea plantation. This afternoon relax at a coffee shop overlooking Xuan Huong Lake. DAY 8: DALATVisit Domain de Marie Church, Da Thien flower and vegetable garden hamlet to learn about traditional gardening methods, followed by an embroidery shop. DAY 14: HOI AN TO HUELeave Hoi An and drive north to Marble Mountains before continuing over the Hai Van Pass to Hue. Enjoy a cyclo ride to the Imperial Citadel and Forbidden Purple City. Continue by coach to Thien Mu Pagoda from DAY 15: HUE TO HANOIVisit the UNESCO World Heritage listed Royal Tomb of Minh Mang before flying to Hanoi.
