Coronavirus - Latest News

UPDATED 24 February 2020, 08:00

We are carefully monitoring the current travel advice, in line with our forthcoming tour departures, on a daily basis.
At the moment the travel advice to China is to avoid all travel to mainland China (not including Hong Kong and Macao). Currently some sightseeing attractions are temporarily closed owing to the effort to stop the spread of the virus.
The current travel advice is relevant for travel to China now, and is changing on a daily basis. We are fully expecting the travel advice to be revised again shortly and will update as soon as this information changes.
All clients due to travel to China up to 31 March 2020 have been contacted to make alternative arrangements. We will be progressively contacting our clients in departure date order as the situation continues.

April & May Departures

We are happy to waive any Wendy Wu Tours amendment fees if you wish to move your tour to a later date or book a different tour with us.
You will however need to pay any difference in tour costs and flight amendment fees. If you wish to cancel, standard cancellation fees will apply.
Should we be unable to offer your chosen tour (due to The FCO travel advisory remaining in place or sightseeing closed) we will contact you three weeks before your departure date. You will then be able to cancel your booking free of charge (Subject to any airline fees). We will, of course, endeavour to help you make arrangements for an alternative tour should you wish.

June onwards

If you wish to amend or cancel your booking, standard terms and conditions apply as detailed in your booking confirmation.
Our passengers’ health and wellbeing is always our top priority and we continue to carefully monitor this situation.

Travel to all other destinations remains unchanged.
