Flying Safely – COVID Safe Protocols

Wendy Wu Tours is committed to always providing a safe and healthy environment for all passengers. We work closely with our airline partners to take effective measures to protect you from contracting and spreading COVID-19, in accordance with legal requirements and government guidelines. 

You will be required to present your COVID-19 credentials in digital (preferred), or paper, format to airline personnel before you will be allowed to board. This confirms your vaccination status and/or provides evidence of a recent negative COVID-19 test.

The IATA Travel Pass is also now available for use! This is an easy way to manage and securely store your COVID-19 health credentials on a mobile device to use at airport check-in. The App allows you to manage and store your vaccination and test statuses securely on your mobile device and you'll also be able to find information on testing and vaccination requirements for your entire journey to make your travel experience a lot little easier. This includes locations of testing centres and labs conducting COVID-19 tests in accordance with local requirements at all points of your travel.
