Friendly phone consultants. Seem to know their products well. They were immediately familiar with the tour, timings and flight options.

Prior to booking submitted a couple of quick information requests via the web site, disappointing that neither were responded to.

I didn’t realise I could review all the flight options by starting to make a booking on line. You have to enter full names of all passengers before you get to that level of information. It would be helpful if it was more obvious that this information was available and if it could be accessed without having to put all the passenger details in when you’re not yet ready to actually book.
