As countries around the world strive to control the spread of the Coronavirus, many have stipulated that travellers can only enter if they are in possession of proof of double vaccination and/or a negative COVID-19 test in addition to an approved travel pass. All New Zealand citizens require a full passport for all holidays with Wendy Wu Tours and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home date. If you are not a New Zealand citizen, other regulations may apply to you and you should check with the nearest embassy of the country you intend to visit.
We will require your passport details at least 75 days prior to departure. Please note that for certain trips, we will require your passport details prior to accepting your booking. Furthermore, if you renew your passport after you have booked, it is important you advise us of the new details as soon as possible and you may be required to take your old passport with you to maintain the validity of the trip.
Most of our tours include visa fees. We handle the entire visa application process on your behalf. Once you have booked, we will send you the visa forms and a return courier bag. You complete the forms and return them in the courier bag to us, together with your passport and, if required, passport photos. We will then complete the processing. Your passport will be returned to you by courier once your visa has been issued.
Wendy Wu Tours does not guarantee that you will be issued a visa for your holiday as each passenger has different personal circumstances, the decision to approve a visa is down to the relevant Embassy. Wendy Wu Tours acts as a third party with no influence on the visa decision.
The relevant Embassy or Consulate has the right to request the applicant to provide additional supporting documents or to come to the Embassy or the Consulate for an interview. In the event you are asked to attend an interview, we will notify you immediately with the times and the dates.
