This offer is valid on all new group tour bookings of 14 days or more (excluding stopovers) made between 01 October and 15 November 2025. Travel must commence between 01 January and 31 December 2026, subject to availability. Journeys must include Hong Kong in at least one direction, and Wendy Wu Tours must ticket the international flights as part of a fully inclusive itinerary. The offer applies to solo passengers booked on a tour of 14 days or longer who are paying the single supplement, or on a dedicated solo departure. Availability is limited, and blackout dates may apply during special events in Hong Kong. Airfare surcharges may also apply.
A non-refundable deposit of $400 per person is required within three days of booking confirmation, payable to Wendy Wu Tours or your travel agent. In some cases, a higher deposit may be required to issue flight tickets and secure the fare. If your tour departure is deferred due to government travel restrictions, deposits will be retained as future travel credit, and rebooking fees will be waived.
If a tour is cancelled due to government travel restrictions, balance payments made 75 days or more before travel will be refunded, with the deposit held as a credit. For cancellations within 75 days of departure, our standard cancellation policy applies (see full terms and conditions for details). Where a tour is deferred, Wendy Wu Tours will honour your original booking terms and conditions, including any promotions, subject to availability.
