Paul Dymond

Managing Director
Paul opened the Wendy Wu Tours New Zealand office in 2013. With more than twenty years in various roles within tourism and hospitality, Paul is passionate about making sure you have the best travel experience possible and receive the very best customer service!

Wendy Wu Tours' trips are designed to give travellers a unique experience of the destinations they travel to, and leave them with memories that will last a lifetime. Paul wants to make sure the service and experience you have with the team in New Zealand from the first time you contact us, is one that you will be raving about for many years to come.

Paul currently looks after the New Zealand office, and is part of the global board at Wendy Wu Tours which works to further evolve Wendy Wu Tours and continually offer the very best touring options to our destinations.

Liz Cathcart

Reservations Manager
Liz has been working for Wendy Wu Tours since September 2012. Her first six years were based in the London Head Office as a Reservations Consultant, where she was the ‘Global Top Seller’, before returning home and joining the New Zealand team.

Since returning home, Liz is now the Reservations Manager for New Zealand based in our Auckland office.

Liz has joined many Wendy Wu group tours, and has also travelled to a number of our destinations on her own, and she loves to share her experiences with our current and prospective clients.

Karen Murdie

Operations Manager
With 10 years at Wendy Wu Tours, and experience of more than 25 years in all different facets of the travel industry both in New Zealand and abroad, Karen brings a plethora of knowledge and focus to running the operational side of Wendy Wu Tours NZ - ensuring a high degree of customer service and attention to every client's detail.

As Operations Manager, Karen smoothly runs and co-ordinates all the 'behind the scenes' arrangements to make sure customers have a seamless and memorable experience from the time of booking to their departure date. All our clients need to do is pack and enjoy the ride.

Karen believes that there is nothing more rewarding than hearing from a client about the extraordinary experiences they have had on their travels with us!

Lisa Anthony

Sales Manager
Lisa has been working for Wendy Wu Tours NZ since April 2015. Prior to that, she was actually a loyal client - having taken what she describes as two flawless, fully inclusive Wendy Wu tours to both China and Vietnam!

Lisa began her tenure with Wendy Wu Tours as the Business Development Manager for New Zealand with the main purpose of looking after our trade personnel - everything from educational opportunities to support via promotional campaigns, tradeshows, marketing and other events throughout the country.

Even after eleven years, Lisa still has a passion for travelling Wu style and is focused on every traveler enjoying their holiday, and every agent working with us having the most pleasant experience possible. Lisa is proud to represent Wendy Wu Tours and to share her knowledge and experiences in the hope of inspiring others to discover more of Asia and beyond!

Samantha Martin

Account Manager
Sam joined the team in 2023 with over 15 years' experience in the New Zealand travel industry and is passionate about helping others make their travel dreams come true.

Lucy Anthony

Lucy joined Wendy Wu Tours in 2024 and comes with extensive international travel experience, plus a Diploma of International Travel Management behind her.

Vanessa Kum

Vanessa reunited with Wendy Wu Tours after the pandemic in 2023 where she
brings a world of knowledge with Wendy Wu Tours. Prior, she was a founding member of the New Zealand team back in 2015 after coming with Director Paul Dymond from Flight Centre Mairangi Bay. 

Hope Harrison

Hope joined Wendy Wu Tours in 2024 after spending 3 years in Group Sales with our partner, Singapore Airlines. 

Katie Stokes

Katie joined Wendy Wu Tours in 2025 after finishing her Diploma in Travel and spending some time working as a concierge in the United States.
