The booking process was excellent. We booked our trip at the Destinations travel show and despite the stand being busy our adviser Keith was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were able to book the whole trip, including flights upgrades and options all in one visit.
We have subsequently received email confirmation which matches exactly what we understood we had booked.
Hopefully the holiday itself will be as good as the services we have received up until now.

They take care of everything so that you can fully immerse yourself in the wonderful experience of travel to many destinations that they cover. Wonderful, friendly service from the team at the roadshow at Tunbridge Wells on 20th Jan 2026. A very informative presentation to highlight a few of the places available with Wendy Wu. Space created to enable questions to be asked and the team were available to discuss any travel plans and to book a tour after the presentation.

The Destinations Show is great to visit, but for me, the smaller setting of the roadshow was a much nicer experience.

Whilst we attended the Destinations travel show in Manchester we started talking to Andy regarding a tour to China. He seemed very knowledgeable on this tour which was the Majestic Yangtze. We decided to book while there an the service was excellent.

The Wendy Wu staff at the Machester Destinations show were really good: knowledgeable and responsive, and able to answer all our questions, and sort out a booking with all the flight details, there and then. I hope the holiday lives up to its promise- no reason to think it won't, but let's see.

It is refreshing to have the telephone answered promptly and get through to to the right department quickly. The next steps have all been made clear and confirmed by e-mail.

We went to the Manchester Destinations travel show having firstly attended an online webinar and got to meet Wendy Wu doing a talk, soooo much energy😎. The staff at the show were brilliant and Andy looked after us so well tailoring the flights and add-ons we wanted booking us a holiday of a lifetime to Japan then Hong Kong.
