The 100% No Surcharge Promise applies to new 2027 and 2028 group tour bookings made from 1 April 2026. It is subject to availability, may be withdrawn at any time, applies to new bookings only and is not transferable.
The No Surcharge Promise guarantees that the holiday price confirmed at the time of booking will not increase once the required deposit has been paid. This guarantee applies to the land content of your tour.
Where flights are available to book, flight prices are guaranteed at the time of ticketing. Where flights fall outside the airline’s available booking range and cannot yet be booked, a non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person is required within five days of confirmation to secure the quoted flight price.
A further flight payment may be required once flights become available for ticketing, depending on the airline. The final balance is due 75 days prior to departure.
The No Surcharge Promise does not cover changes to government-imposed taxes, levies or visa fees outside Wendy Wu Tours’ control, fuel surcharges imposed after the deposit has been paid, or optional extras, extensions or amendments requested after booking.
A valid passport copy must be provided at the time of booking to ensure all names match exactly. Name changes or corrections requested after the deposit has been paid must be submitted in writing and may incur additional charges, including airline ticket reissue fees where applicable.
