The 100% No Surcharge Promise applies to new 2027 group tour bookings made from 1 April 2026. Subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Offer applies to new bookings only and is not transferable.
The No Surcharge Promise guarantees that the holiday price confirmed at the time of booking will not increase once a deposit has been paid. This guarantee applies to the land content of your tour. Flight prices are guaranteed at the time of ticketing, or from the point at which a flight deposit has been paid, whichever occurs first.
A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 per person is required within five days of confirmation. This deposit guarantees your flight price even where flights cannot yet be ticketed. A further flight payment may be required at the time of ticketing, depending on the airline. Final balance is due 75 days prior to departure.
The No Surcharge Promise does not cover changes in government-imposed taxes, levies or visa fees that are outside Wendy Wu Tours' control, fuel surcharges imposed after the time of deposit, or any optional extras, extensions or amendments requested after booking.
A valid passport copy must be provided at the time of booking to ensure names match exactly. Name changes or corrections after the deposit is paid must be submitted in writing and will incur additional fees, including ticket reissue fees where applicable.
