Drive to Can Tho, a city on the Mekong Delta, and embark the Victoria Mekong ship and settle into your cabin. Listen to a welcome briefing before relaxing with a sundown cocktail on deck as you sail towards Long Xuyen. This evening, watch a Vietnamese folk music performance before enjoying a welcome dinner in the ship's panoramic restaurant.
Hop on a tender boat to visit Long Xuyen's captivating floating market and gain a deeper insight into daily life along the river. This afternoon, tender to Tiger Island for a scenic walk through rice fields and gardens, visit local plant pot makers, and hear the story behind 'Mr. Tiger's Temple'. Tonight, the ship will drop anchor at Vam Nao.
Continue your cruise with excursions around Tan Chau, including a visit to a floating village to see how locals farm freshwater fish beneath their stilt houses. In the evening, enjoy a thrilling lion dance performance on board.

Bid farewell to the Victoria Mekong this morning as you dock in Phnom Penh, where you will meet your new Cambodian National Escort. Board a cyclo to explore the main sights of the city such as the Silver Pagoda and Wat Phnom, before ending the day with a local beer at a sky bar.
Spend the day reflecting on the history of the city with a visit to the Tuol Sleng Museum and Killing Fields, locations that provide chilling reminders of the Khmer Rouge regime. Later on, fly to Siem Reap.
Rising early, journey to the old city of Angkor Thom and pass through the magnificent South Gate flanked by 54 gods and demons. At Angkor Thom's centre is the enigmatic Bayon, a breath-taking temple of innumerable sculptural decorations. Also admire the Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King. Continue to Ta Prohm before the rest of the day is dedicated to Angkor Wat, the most magnificent, and best preserved of all of Angkor's treasures.
High Water Season (Aug to Feb) Enjoy a morning cruise on Tonle Sap Lake, visiting the floating village of Kampong Phluk and observing the way of life of these lake communities. Low Water Season (Mar to Jul) Visit Chong Kneas floating village. This evening enjoy a rollicking performance of the Phare Cambodian Circus.
Travel by tuk tuk to a cooking lesson, where you will learn to prepare traditional Khmer dishes. Spend your afternoon at leisure before a farewell dinner.
Fly to New Zealand, arriving home the following day.

If a share partner is found, the Single Supplement will be removed from your booking. If a share partner is not found, the Single Supplement will remain and is payable with your final balance.
