Review for CHINA ENCOUNTERS

Service rating : From being met at Beijing airport to leaving Kunming for our return flight via Beijing the tour was well organised. The hotels were mainly very good (couple with suspect plumbing) and the food always of a high standard. During the three weeks we experienced so many amazing sights and sounds. The group dynamics were excellent so we were a 'family, and this I'm sure helped to make the tour such a success and memorable.
Our national guide Alice was excellent and a walking historian who made the tour even more interesting with her humour and knowledge. The local guides who joined us along the journey were all very, very good.
The holiday was one of the most memorable and fascinating.
Product : We were pleased with everything. Any small 'blips' were soon sorted by Alice and overall this trip was wonderful.
