After an unsatisfactory first call with a different person, I called back and booked my holiday with Natasha, who was professional and helpful. This will be my second trip with Wendy Wu Tours. These holidays are not cheap but are comprehensive and fully inclusive, which is ideal for the solo traveller.

The pre-tour advice and booking service was, as ever, excellent. Ellen was extremely polite and helpful and totally customer orientated. It gave me immense confidence in the remainder of the process in dealing with Wendy Wu. This is again in line with previous experience in dealing with this excellent tour operator.

The service I have while booking tour online has been excellent so far and easy to follow.

The booking process was excellent. We booked our trip at the Destinations travel show and despite the stand being busy our adviser Keith was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We were able to book the whole trip, including flights upgrades and options all in one visit.
We have subsequently received email confirmation which matches exactly what we understood we had booked.
Hopefully the holiday itself will be as good as the services we have received up until now.
