Despite a typhoon accompanying us on holiday the tour guide managed to keep us all safe, fed and accommodated without much fuss in Vietnam November 2025. The changes in schedule were a shame but Loc's experience and enthusiasm made for an interesting holiday. The Mekong cruise was wonderful and Cambodia is such a beautiful country, albeit with a challenging recent history. Bunvath is a charming and sensitive guide, we were lucky to have both Loc and Bun.

We attended a presentation given by Wendy Wu staff. It was delivered really well giving us good insights to some of their tours...China, Cambodia and Vietnam, Japan and India. Refreshments were available on the day throughout the session. We booked our holiday the same day with Matt Mears who was fabulous and he went the extra mile for us. Cannot wait to visit Japan. Brochures for all their tours were available on the day. Really enjoyed the experience.

Very helpful in ensuring that everything I wanted which included an add on Cambodia elsewhere was delivered. Also certain discounts were applied that made the tour even more competitive. Both agents I have spoken to have been patient. The none refundable deposit is at a very reasonable rate . I feel they will will be well looked after.

The booking experience was ok - some confusion about confirming the booking and with the Visa processing. The estimate of how much spending money you'll need is meaningless - it doesn't breakdown what it would be for and depends on how much of a buyer of local produce you are likely to be

The holiday included an eclectic mix of activities - all of which were expertly covered by a good friendly tour guide. Hotel accommodation was of a high standard. Time was set aside for leisure. Organisation was first class.

The Vietnam part of the Tour was first class with an excellent Tour Guide and Manager who was a constant source of interesting information about the sites we visited.
The Cambodia Tour manager was very efficient on logistics and safety, but he did not make much of an attempt to guide us round the sites (not even Angkor Wat) preferring to give us a quick summary on the bus, and then let us wander around on our own with a time deadline to get back to the bus. I felt seriously under-informed. Very disappointing.
