We have only just booked, so let's wait until we actually go on holiday!
However, customers service knowledgeable & friendly. The agent knew what weather was going to be like & how fit we needed to be. Tour offers everything we want. More or less all inclusive (with exception of tips)

The best priced holiday for India that I could find, as a solo traveller. I asked what airline they were using for this holiday and when I heard it was BA, I asked if I could fly Virgin instead. They instantly accommodated me and got me great seats on my upgrade.

Absolutely wonderful. Every meal was a banquet and busses were on time for every outing. The hotels were great Loved the itinerary and all our outings Really well organised. Better than I had expected in every way. Our tour director was extremely efficient and thought of every eventuality, sorting out a few errors which we, the group, created. He looked after one of our less mobile members of the group above and beyond the call of duty.

Extremely informative and easy to deal with. The booking experience was no problem. This will be the second Wendy Wu booking having been on a previous tour with this Company, although booked as part of a cruise package through another Company. That included a visit to China. The guides were excellent on that tour hence booking directly this time. Keith and Natasha are a credit to Wendy Wu

After several different attempts, with her help we managed to tailor make a guided tour of Rajasthan to meet our requirements.

Impeccable! Not pushy selling at all. Wendy Wu Reps and Sales Staff are so knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely friendly. Having been in the customer service side of business all of my working life (and I have just retired this year in July) I recognise a superb team when I meet one and Wendy Wu come out as THE best at Customer Service and Customer Relations I have ever encountered. They are in my opinion the most honest and best at what they do and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone at all

I contacted Keith following the recent roadshow in Southend to discuss a potential booking to India. He couldn’t deal with me at that moment but arranged for Julia to call. She contacted me within 5 minutes and answered my queries regarding changes to the flights. I booked the tour as consequence and received the confirmation shortly afterwards.
