We had a tailored holiday. Their UK staff listened carefully to my requirements and after a few iterations with their Indian office a superb package was produced incorporating everything possible,
Hotels were excellent and superbly located.

Product :

It was not cheap - it was tailored - but with great hotels and brilliant local guides it was definitely value for money.

Once again Wendy Wu came up trumps with the visit to India and Nepal. It wasn't just the excellent organisation that we have come to expect, but the "above and beyond the call of duty" that they and our guide put in when things went not as planned(!). Highly recommended.

Guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. Some confusion about tips paid in advance, didn't know it was shared with office staff in Australia.

Product :

Food mediocre in many places. Hotels clean. Sometimes too much to do in one day in India.. Nepal was lovely in all respects apart from food.
