    DAYS 1-2: Fly Overnight To Tbilisi

    Fly overnight via Dubai to Tbilisi. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel where you have the rest of the day at leisure.

    DAY 3: Tbilisi

    Rise early to take a scenic drive to Kakheti, a region known for its wine making. Visit Bodbe, a monastic complex, Signagi known as 'City of love', enjoy a city tour of Tbilisi with a cable car trip to Narikala Fortress, and Legvtakhevi with the beautiful waterfall. Visit Meidan square with its outdoor cafés, galleries and souvenir shops and enjoy time to shop at the Flea Market.

    Tbilisi To Kutaisi
    DAY 4: Tbilisi To Kutaisi

    Departing Tblisi this morning, its a scenic, drive to Mtskheta to see Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, both UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Travel through Gori stopping to visit the House Museum of Joseph Stalin, and then onto Uplistsikhe with its ancient caves before arriving in Kutaisi, one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities.

    Kutaisi To Mestia
    DAY 5: Kutaisi To Mestia

    Today you will drive to Sataplia Caves, situated in a Nature Reserve in the Imereti region, they are best known for dinosaur footprints as well as the caves themselves. Continue to Mestia in Svaneti with stops along the way at Dadiani Palace History and Architectural Museum. You will then start the drive into the Caucasus Mountains, stopping at the hydroelectric Enguri Dam. Arrive in Mestia where you will stay overnight.

    Mestia And Surrounds
    DAY 6: Mestia And Surrounds

    A visit to Svaneti Museum of History and Ethnography starts your day. Explore upper Svaneti, driving in a 4WD to Ushguli Village, the highest continuously inhabited city. You will visit the villages of Mulakhi, Ipari and Kala along the way, seeing churches rich in murals and frescos.

    Mestia To Kutaisi
    DAY 7: Mestia To Kutaisi

    Today you will travel through the heart of Georgia to Kutaisi visiting Gelati Monastery and Bagrati Cathedral, both of which are UNESCO World Heritage sites.

    Kutaisi To Akhaltsikhe
    DAY 8: Kutaisi To Akhaltsikhe

    Rise early to drive to Borjomi Spa Resort where you will walk in Borjomi Park and taste the renowned mineral water from the natural springs. These waters have been famous since the 19th century and are exported all over the world.

    Akhaltsikhe To Vardzia
    DAY 9: Akhaltsikhe To Vardzia

    Start the day with a visit to Rabati Castle, housing several churches, a mosque, synagogue and a museum. The museum offers you a look at different manuscripts, books and archaeological collections. You will then continue to Vardzia.

    Vardzia To Tbilisi
    DAY 10: Vardzia To Tbilisi

    Spend the morning exploring Vardzia, an ancient city carved into volcanic rocks with numerous corridors, secret tunnels and chapels. You will also be visiting the female monastery Foka, Tetritskaro, Tsalka and Tabatskuri Lakes. Then stop at Dashbashi Canyon, one of the most impressive natural monuments in Georgia.
