COVID-19 Travel Advice

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our main priority. We are continually following the advice of the New Zealand Government and Health authorities and have amended our booking conditions and cancellation policy to adapt to the evolving nature of the pandemic.
We appreciate these are challenging times. Wendy Wu Tours is here to support you through every phase and like you, we eagerly anticipate the time when our lives can return to a ‘new’ normal and travelling can once again resume.
The changes detailed here take effect from today onwards, until superseded by further amendments. We will be reviewing our policies weekly.
Asia, Middle East, Latin America & Eurasia Tours
Wendy Wu Tours New Zealand is deferring all Asia, Middle East, Latin America and Eurasia tours departing up until 31 May 2022.
Customers who have booked an Asia, Middle East, Latin America or Eurasia tour departing between 16 March 2020 and 31 May 2022, will receive a 100% Travel Credit of monies paid, to use toward a tour with a departure date before 31 December 2023 (book by 31 December 2022), minus any non-recoverable third-party payments.
For tours departing after 31 May 2022,
normal terms and conditions apply. We will notify you or your travel agent if your tour is impacted.
Australasia Tours
Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak and travel restrictions tours in Australia and tours in New Zealand departing after June 2022 are scheduled to run as planned. We will continue to monitor conditions and official government advice regularly. We will notify you or your travel agent if your tour is impacted.
